One of our clients - a company that is focused in business process outsourcing area is looking for: PROCESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST The requirements for the position include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more ITIL Service Support/Delivery processes - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office - Excellent process development skills - Project Management skills - ILTIL V2 certification in Specific Process or managers certificate - Very good command of English language (both written and spoken) - Strong communication and technical skills The responsibilities for the position include: - Analyze current support processes to understand how they may be mapped to new process templates - Develop deep level process instructions specific to the customer - Develop new processes to address any gaps in tool functionality - Work closely with support teams to ensure the transformation gets done effectively and on time - Interact with the customer when necessary to work their touch points into the new processes - Deliver orientation sessions to prepare customer and support teams with the specifics for employing the transformed processes - Reporting to the PM Advantages: - Previous IT delivery experience - Good Analytical skills - Experience in Operations Bridge and Monitoring - ITIL Process Implementation design and/or implementation within customer environments The company offer: - Excellent remuneration package - Team of young and motivated professionals - Opportunity to work in an international and culturally diverse environment - Opportunity for professional growth within the company.
